Meet our other friends at the house that the doodles get used to while here! Besides our wonderful therapy dogs, we also have some company for them. We have their protector, Hera the Doberman Pinscher, bunnies, ducks, goats, geese. guinea pigs, mini pig, a bearded dragon, a sulcata tortoise, and miniature horses!

Hera is a baby red Doberman Pinscher from European and American lines. She is going to be our family friend and protector here. My husband, Frank, grew up with a red doberman and has waited 21 years to find the perfect one again. Hera will be working for my husband's repair business and sleeping on the couch when she gets off. |
These are our Netherland Dwarf Rabbits. They are lots of fun and we breed them occasionally, too. The kids absolutely cannot get enough of the rabbits or their duck roommates.
We also have several other breeds of rabbits, including a sweet angora bunny.

Here is our Miniature Appaloosa Stud Colt, Cocoa. He will matured at 27 inches tall. He is too much fun and loves visitors. Cocoa is a working therapy horse. He travels in to nursing homes, schools, community events, parades, anything he can get some love at. He also loves to visit his Hospice Patients every week. All training for Cocoa was done by Frank here at Snake River Doodles. Cocoa is the smallest working therapy horse in the USA. He is available for visits, petting zoo events, birthdays, and ZooGrams. This is our beloved pony in heaven, Comet... He was born with a short bone in his leg that caused him to be lame and in pain at only 2 years old.

This is our Shetland/Fox Trotter/Hackney Pony, Comet! He is an awesome Gelding that is still in training, but he will be back soon and we cannot wait.
Comet is now 9 months old and doing awesome! Jimmy Sue has got him to be our little "Pocket Pony". He will be coming home for some loving from us and then he will go back for training to pull a cart.
Comet has been home for a while now and we are loving him so much. He is very sweet and will follow us everywhere we go. He is best friends with Cocoa, the miniature horse here, the goats, and the ducks.
